I brought my 2 girls in for some shoes, and was a bit lost with all the random shoe sizes. I asked for help from the staff and at least 3 people took time out to help us. We had some specific requests and each one was met with solutions. We even had a pair shipped to us, and we are very happy with the selections offered and service we received.

The employees at this establismith are well knowledged.I'm willing to help without a question.Find what you need if they have it. Establishment is clean well kept and good atmosphere with good Is competitive shoe prices.

I came in looking for a cute new pair of summer sandals for my trip to California. Sara welcomed me upon arrival and was very helpful throughout the visit. She went out of her way to recommend different styles that I likely would not have looked at without the assistance. I ended up leaving with two pairs and can't wait to try them. Thanks Sara!

Went in looking for shoes for our Great Granddaughter. (4 years old). Was not sure we're her small size was. Ask a young man and sort of got a, "down at the end and turn right". As he pointed his finger in the direction then went back to what he was doing. Wondered down to the back of the store did find the size and shoes after a little trail and error. Went up front to check out. Nice young lady, step out of the five at the group discussion behind the counter, and said she would check us out. Nice of her to do so. None of the other four even noticed we were there. Hope the young lady with "grandpa" tattoo on inside left forearm continues her excellent customer service. She made the whole experience enjoyable. ( Ever shop for shoes for a four year old ? Lol)

Sara helped me. It was late in the evening and we had been all over town. She took that extra time and attention to find my daughter the perfect boots. I did not even ask for help but she took a rare initiative and went above and beyond in the line of customer service and sales. I would not have made a purchase without her but this was more than a purchase, she saved us time and frustration and confusion and for that she deserves this review and all the success that comes with it.

Sara was absolutely amazing I got a pair of work shoes in May I had expressed the wear that occurred and she upgraded my shoes for me even tho I was just past the 90 days! Sara is the type of employee I’d love to have on my team!!!

Wow Amazing selection! Went over to see if they had any Chucks in my size (13) and in all black with low expectations... I was wrong- They DID have them along with a large selection of other Chuck Taylor's as well as a huge selection of Adidas, Nike, etc. Very Happy.
